We are experiencing unusually high load in our DE data center that might lead to general slowness or service unavailable error, multiple affected customers might not able to access or load their LiveAgent panels. Our infrastructure administrators are already working on the solution. We are sorry for the temporary inconvenience, we will keep this post updated.
